Merchandise is sold under the Vampire Sex brand by the legal merchant shown in Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes payment and Printify produces and ships each piece. Support: vampiresexworldwide@gmail.com.

Production

Every piece is made after purchase. Current Printify provider handling can take up to 10 days before carrier transit. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping

This first drop ships only to US addresses. Carrier transit varies by destination. Tracking is emailed when the carrier scans the order.

Returns

Because each item is made for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a wrong size, color choice, or change of mind. Check the selected variant before paying.

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, email orders@vampiresex.world within 30 days of delivery with the order number and a clear photo. We will review it for a replacement or refund through Printify's quality process.

Cancellation

Paid orders route to production immediately. Contact orders@vampiresex.world at once, but cancellation may already be unavailable after payment and cannot be guaranteed.

Privacy

We use contact, payment, and shipping information only to process the purchase, support the order, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Stripe receives payment data; Printify and its print provider receive the details needed to make and ship the order. Our private Supabase order ledger stores the buyer email, shipping address, selected items, payment reference, and fulfillment status. We do not add buyers to marketing lists through checkout or sell personal information.
